This interactive tool shows you what historical performance would have looked like in the past, for Cesium’s trend following algorithm. The performance shown here does not incorporate any impact from the Dislocations algorithm Cesium also employs. To view results, first choose an Exchange, then a Quote Currency. The Quote Currency is the currency used as denominator in all pairs of interest at the exchange. Cesium Trade Plans always require that exactly one Quote Currency is selected; it is not possible to use multiple Quote Currencies at the same time for an account. You must also select the Cycle Days: an integer that describes the length of time considered for the Trend Following algorithm within Cesium. Cesium also requires you to choose a value for this parameter when activating a new Trade Plan. The results of selecting these three parameters will be a series of buy and sell signals, along with a historical chart of profit and loss associated with these signals. All transactional pricing for trading assumes a 0.10% slippage from signal price for purposes of these illustrations. Actual slippage from signal price may vary from this amount in practice.
