How does CSoft, LLC protect my personal information?

Definitions
Affiliates - Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates - Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

CSoft, LLC does not share your information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you, but it does reserve its rights to disclose information it collects, in the manner described above, with businesses which perform services on behalf of CSoft, LLC.
Joint Marketing - A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

California Residents: California Civil Code § 1798.83 provides California residents the right to request certain information regarding disclosure of personally identifiable information to third-parties for direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us as instructed in the “Questions?” section above. CSoft, LLC will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliates, except as allowed by law and as disclosed in this policy.
